I had to sell from out of state so was very dependent on Dave every step of the way. He took care of every detail and ensured that I was well-apprised at every stage. He clearly knows the business well, and ensured a successful outcome, but also anticipated my needs and was incredibly responsive.  The process was painless, and Dave made it fun. Will use him again for sure.
