He guided us through the bidding process in this competitive market and we got the house we wanted, over 4 other bidders. Then when we almost lost the home due to the appraisal David worked magic & pulled it out for us! We’ve used other realtors before and know how badly it can go, we can’t recommend him highly enough and will never use anyone else!
